Prairie Grove Sky

Looking for something to paint while exploring a small grove of oaks in the Wild Horse Prairie, I was struck by the intensity of the afternoon colors. The only reason I noticed this view was because cedars and other invasive understory had recently been removed from the grove, restoring its beautiful features and exposure to the sky.
