Slash pines and Florida rosemary seem to visually dominate the scrubby flatwoods along the trail between the state park campground and Gap Point on St. George Island, Florida. Painted on location, this late morning view looks toward the Southeast where sunlight reflecting off of the Gulf imbues the whole scene with silvery light.
