Since we stayed in this wonderful town for two nights I finally had a chance to do a painting on our bike tour in Spain (I saw countless scenes I would like to have painted on the ride from Valencia to Calatayud). The town takes it’s name from the castle. The history of the place goes way back and Mudejar architecture is prevalent in the old town.
